A few days ago Marie Claire featured a drink menu written by Lauren Valenti. She models her theory after Hollywood stars that perfect skin starts from the inside out. While we’re so focused on the right things to eat, many people lack the knowledge about staying hydrated.
With skin dermatologist Rachel Nazarian, they came up with a drink menu, focusing on giving your skin that rich glow.
Menu –
Throughout the day – 8 glasses of water –
Morning – 1 green juice
– 1 latte with soy milk
Afternoon – 2 cups of green tea
Evening – 1 glass of pomegranate juice
Before Bed – cucumber-infused water
