- When I decided to become an eczema advocate, I did so with a purpose. I was in my mid-twenties and felt completely powerless and alone dealing with eczema. I had heard of a few organizations but didn’t know much about them. I wanted to get involved, but there was only one problem. I wasn’t exactly sure how to go about doing so.
Determined to be a part of the eczema advocacy community, I spent my weekends mapping out a plan. By starting small, I was able to join the fight for awareness, funding, and research–and over the last 6+ years, I’ve connected with amazing people and done my part to support this community.
